3D Puff Patches
Product Features
3D Puff Patches are great for making your patch “pop”.
They use the same process as 3D Puff Embroidery, but in patch form.
They are heat pressable, so they are a great decoration method for hats.
FOAM FILLED + 3D
The raised portion of the patch is filled with 2mm of foam, which gives the patch the 3D look.

Our 3D Puff Patches heat press great, so they make decoration easy.
If you want to sew them down, sew files are available for $15 with every patch order.

For complex designs and detailed borders.
1/16″ border that simulates a merrow border without overlocking the patch edge.
