Price & Handbook
By placing an order, you accept all pricing, policies, and procedures in our handbook and published price lists. Rates may be updated at any time; customers are responsible for all charges under accepted terms.
Production Time
Our standard production begins once art proof approval is received and is listed on our website EG Threads Lead Times. Blanks must arrive within 72 hours prior to the scheduled production date. Actual production times may vary based on demand.
Rush Orders
Rush orders must be clearly marked “RUSH” on the PO along with the requested ship date. Rush fees are applied per our published Rush Order Policy. EG Threads reserves the right to waive rush fees (discretionary, based on workload, customer relationship, etc.).
Quality & Disputes
Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving merchandise using the official form. Past that window, standard policy applies.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Once production starts, orders can’t be canceled. For orders not yet produced, we will invoice you for incurred costs (art, samples, etc.). Revisions require a new PO and may incur rescheduling or fee charges.
Shipping & Handling
Customers using our shipping account can obtain estimates anytime via our Shipping Estimator Tool. Final charges depend on actual weight/dimensions.
For third-party shipments, customers must provide all shipping account details themselves; if refused or unpaid, the responsible party pays the full cost plus a $25 per-carton charge.
Payments & Deposits
Orders must use the current approved price list. Late payments may lead to service suspension and accrue a 1.5%/mo finance charge (or max legal rate). Returned checks incur a $75 fee.
We may require up to 50% deposit on orders, especially those involving outside sourcing.
Accepted forms: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, cash, check, money order, and wire transfer.
Spoilage
A standard spoilage rate of 3% is included in production. This covers occasional damage under normal processing; claims for spoilage beyond this rate should follow the quality/dispute policy.
Miscellaneous Conditions
Unique print locations may involve limitations or visual inconsistencies.
Printing tolerances: movement of ½″ to 1″ per imprint is permitted.
We are not liable for garment shrinkage or reactions due to curing or heat.
Garments unclaimed for over 60 days may be donated without notice.
